1:1 Mentoring

Real energy instead of constant functioning.

Deep, individual support · via Zoom or in person if agreed · minimum 3 sessions

You function on the outside while everything runs in overdrive inside. In one-on-one work we focus on your nervous system, on clear routines and on a connection to your body that actually holds. So energy stays stable and success feels like success.

For you, if you:

  • carry a lot of responsibility and often feel exhausted
  • notice that discipline alone no longer works
  • want to move through your day clear, present and connected
  • want to build a relationship with your body that actually supports your life and work

What we work with:

  • Sessions via Zoom (60–90 min), or in person if agreed
  • Somatic tools and neuroathletic exercises for your daily life
  • Understanding of your nervous system and your response patterns
  • Access to materials and voice notes between sessions
  • Minimum 3 sessions — lasting change needs time for integration
Pricing on request Costs depend on the topic and scope of the work.

"Healthy performance starts in the nervous system. As long as the system runs on alert, every decision costs twice as much."

Frequently asked questions

What you might want to know.

What is nervous system regulation?

Your nervous system controls how your body responds to stress, rest, connection and threat. Regulation means your body can move between these states flexibly — rather than getting stuck in overdrive.

Nervous system regulation describes the ability of your autonomic nervous system to move flexibly between activation and recovery. When your system is regulated, you can respond to demands and return afterward to a state of rest and connection.

Under chronic stress this no longer happens automatically. Your system stays activated even when the situation has long passed. You feel this as inner restlessness, sleep problems, exhaustion or irritability. Regulation can be trained deliberately, through somatic tools, breathwork and a clearer understanding of how your system works.

Who is your work for?

In one-on-one work I work with women whose work and results depend directly on their own capacity. That often means entrepreneurs, senior leaders, freelancers and women in demanding corporate positions.

What they share: they function very well on the outside and simultaneously sense something isn't right. They've often tried a lot and realize it isn't about discipline or mindset.

In a corporate context I work with leadership teams, HR, women's networks and health initiatives.

How is your work different from coaching or therapy?

My approach is somatic. We don't work only cognitively, but primarily through the body and the nervous system. That's the level where lasting change happens.

I am not a psychotherapist and my work does not replace therapeutic treatment. For clinical issues like trauma, depression or anxiety disorders, I recommend working with an appropriate professional, either alongside or before our work together.

What does a typical 1:1 session look like?

Each session is between 60 and 90 minutes. We start with a short check-in on where you are right now. Then we work on whatever is current for you, with somatic tools, neuroathletic exercises, breathwork, awareness exercises and concrete tools for your daily life.

Between sessions you have access to materials and can send me voice notes if needed. This keeps the work alive between our calls.

How long does the 1:1 mentoring last?

It depends on the topic and the depth of the work. It can range from a few weeks to several months. The nervous system needs time to integrate new patterns — the deeper the work, the more time that takes. We look at this together at the start and adjust as we go.

What does the mentoring cost?

I share the investment on request. The costs depend on the topic and the scope of the work. If you'd like to know more, just reach out and I'll get back to you with the details that fit your situation.

How do I book a keynote or workshop for my company?

Write to me via the contact form with a few details about the occasion, audience, format and date. I'll get back to you within 48 hours with a proposal or a follow-up question. Content and rates are agreed together based on the context of your team or event.

What does nervous system work actually bring to a company?

When employees understand how their nervous system responds under pressure and which tools they have available, measurable factors shift: fewer sick days, better decisions under pressure, clearer communication, higher team resilience.

This isn't a wellness measure. It's performance work at a level that's missing from most programs.

Please note: My work is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor or therapist you trust. No healing promises are made.
