The Regulated Woman
Imagine you could transform constant inner restlessness and the feeling of being mentally switched on all the time into grounded clarity, steady energy and a body that feels safe.
You might know this
You go to bed exhausted and your mind keeps going. Your body is still on alert, even though the day is over.
You're doing it all right. Job, exercise, healthy food. Something is still missing. You miss the feeling of lightness in your day to day.
Headaches, the 2 PM crash, sleep that doesn't restore. Everything looks fine on paper. So you start questioning yourself.
You've invested. Yoga, meditation apps, coaching, books. Better for a while, then back to where you started. Real change feels out of reach.
You don't have words for how you feel. „I'm tired" doesn't capture it. „Overwhelmed" doesn't feel right either. So you stay quiet, and that costs you even more energy.
And you've learned to just keep going anyway.
Most women I work with don't realise at first what's actually happening.

Why it stays that way
More routines, more willpower, more knowledge. You've already tried all of that. It worked for a while, then everything went back to where it was. That isn't on you.
Look at the world we're living in. Everything is changing faster than ever before.
Your brain processes more information every day than any generation before yours. You perform, hold things together, stay present, deliver. Your nervous system in this constant acceleration learns one thing: pressure is normal. Tension feels like focus. Activation feels like strength.
Until your body starts to speak up. Fatigue, racing thoughts, tension, sleep that doesn't restore. That isn't weakness, that's your body talking to you. It's showing you what's missing: a nervous system that finally knows it's allowed to feel safe.
Imagine
Your system has learned to stay grounded under pressure. You move through your day without losing yourself in it.
Let me show you how.
My approach
Step 01
We make visible where your system is right now. Where it runs on alert, which body signals are being ignored, why previous strategies didn't last. This clarity is the first form of safety.
Step 02
Through nervous system regulation, somatic tools, neuroathletics and routines that work in your real life, you build a stable foundation. Your body learns that the threat is over and comes back into safety.
Step 03
When your nervous system knows safety, the way you show up, decide and lead changes too. Leadership that isn't performed but actually lives in you. That is embodied leadership.
"When your nervous system feels safe, clarity becomes natural. Boundaries become easier to hold, energy stays stable and authority becomes embodied instead of performed."
— Maria Lippold
Behind the work
Industrial engineer, former product manager in the corporate world and someone who functioned very well for years while my system was running on reserve underneath.
I had my first panic attack at 17 and was chronically exhausted by my mid-twenties. What followed was a long search through neurobiology, holistic women's health, somatic work and body awareness.
Today I bring strategic thinking from the business world together with a deep understanding of the body and nervous system. Scientifically grounded. Humanly delivered.
